Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a top-level communications expert who has experience working within the Church, and who has a striking talent for both digital and print design.

Logistics and Ecommerce Specialist
This role supports the operational backbone of our organization, managing logistics, data, ecommerce, and fulfillment tasks while assisting in client service and marketing efforts.
Senior Graphic Designer
Vianney Vocations is looking for a top-level, experienced graphic designer for digital and print projects.
Candidates must have a strong Catholic aesthetic and a desire to serve the Church by promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
This is a full-time position that would include:
- Collaborate on our overall mission and vision at Vianney Vocations.
- Collaborate on brand identities for Vocation Offices.
- Support our Vocation Pathway clients by creating collateral for various campaigns and promoting 40+ vocation events annually.
- Complete graphic design projects, including books, seminarian posters, prayer cards, e-newsletters, event flyers, catalogues, social media graphics, etc.
- Help manage printing and mailing for clients.
- Act as managing editor of the quarterly Serran magazine.
- Attending various events, such as the NCDVD Convention and the Serra International Convention.
- Helping with product development for the Vianney Vocations web store.
Top consideration will be given to candidates who:
- Have a Catholic design aesthetic which complements ours
- Have a clear and obvious talent for striking graphic design
- Have an impressive portfolio
- Are friendly and outgoing and can work collaboratively
- Can work with clients to complete projects, start to finish
- Has good writing skills
- Have good references from past clients / employers
- Have an understanding of Catholic vocations
- Understand event marketing
- Are easy to work with and have good people skills
Skills and Experience
Must be an expert user of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. Familiarity with WordPress, Divi, and Canva is a plus.
This job is geared toward people with several years of experience, who have worked on serious design projects within the Catholic Church.
We prefer candidates who are willing to relocate to Tallahassee, FL. We would consider remote work for exceptionally talented designers.

Logistics & Ecommerce Specialist
Vianney Vocations is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.
Candidates must have a strong desire to serve the Church by promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
This team member should be tech-oriented and able to learn various online platforms and systems. Many aspects of this position require on-the-job training, so a general technical inclination & proficiency is the primary requirement.
This is a full-time, on-site position in beautiful Tallahassee, FL. Key responsibilities would include:
Database Creation & Maintenance
- Create and manage Airtable databases
- Provide training and ongoing support for database users
Mailing Project Coordination
- Manage mail lists in Excel
- Complete mail merge and printing
- Use ShippingEasy software for key projects
- Be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
Weekly Discernment E-Newsletter:
- Assist in the creation, management, and deployment of “Art of Discernment” e-newsletter.
Ecommerce
- Assist with updating WooCommerce online store
- Maintain and manage marketing lists
- Assist with Google ads
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon
- Post new listings and maintain accurate inventory records.
Reporting
- Prepare and deliver shipping and sales reports.
- Manage royalties for authors
- Provide administrative support invoicing
Order Fulfillment
- Periodically assist with order fulfillment by:
- Answering phones and taking orders
- Packing and shipping orders when necessary
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, data management, or fulfillment is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Ecommerce experience is also desirable
