Case Study
We piloted the Vocation Seeds program with the Diocese of Gaylord, Michigan. The Vocation office chose 14 vocation resources for kids and teens (mostly prayer cards, worksheets, and booklets). We then emailed their 70 parishes, providing a special coupon code. Eighteen parishes ordered materials totalling around $2,200. We later billed the Vocation Office, applying a 10% discount and free shipping, which came to approximately $1,800.

Program Details
- To be eligible, set a budget of at least $4,500 per year.
- The Vocation Office can adjust its budget or revise the list of resources at any time.
- 10% discount is applied on top of any sales or quantity discounts.
- Offer excludes items not originally published by Vianney Vocations (NCDVD booklets and certain book titles).
- Discounts do not apply to Parish Resource Packets during Vocation Awareness Week or World Day of Prayer for Vocations.
- Once you reach your budget, the code won’t allow free orders (so the Vocation Office always stays within budget).
- If desired, we can create well-designed emails to communicate the offer to parishes on your behalf.
