The guide contains discussion questions to help readers to focus on the book’s most important passages. Of particular usefulness is the book’s step-by-step guide for creating an enriching (and realistic) Rule of Life. The discussion guide includes space for participants to write down their Rule of Life for ongoing reference.
Note that while there are nine chapters in the book, the discussion guide is structured so that the entire book can be reviewed in as few as 3-4 meetings, depending on the group setting. Groups can be led by chaplains, youth ministers, campus ministers, or high school religion teachers.
