There is an image of Jesus with a monstrance radiating around him on the front. The back contains the beautiful Anima Christi prayer and some tips for adoration.

There is also a QR code which takes the user to the Serra US website where they can find prayers for a Holy Hour, links to find Holy Hours nearby and more! Serra Clubs can also use their own 1″ x 1″ QR code stickers for personalized information. See below for information.
